Mr. Chris Sims (B.A., Appalachian State University) is an archaeologist and crew chief for Brockington in Kentucky. He has worked on and led several survey projects since joining the company in Fall 2009. Sims has worked on excavations and surveys in Belize for three years. His academic interests include: behavioral ecology; geomorphology and site formation processes; conflict and warfare; settlement and subsistence patterns; zooarchaeology; and forensic taphonomy.
